Overview

Your Patient's Chart.

CareFirst contains a full-fledged Electronic Health Record (EHR) functionality. All of the forms and workflows related to your specialty are fully integrated and extensible.

Our EHR System is the CDA and HL7 standards based core of your medical practice. Our core product's objective is to make coding and documentation a natural and integral component of providing patients' medical care. We do this by using an innovative approach that puts emphasis on both the clinician's desire for optimal patient care with that of supportive compliance tools. It is central to the physicians' mission to do what is in the best interest of their patients while being sure that the medical record reflects that care.

The Electronic Health Records (EHR) System: The Heart Of Patient Care

Critical thinking and ability to synthesize medical clues are the basis of the art of medicine. This art cannot be programmed into a computer, but what can be programmed are designs that allow software to accurately capture the elements of this diagnostic process.
