Gandara/ArtSong Exhibit at the BING Arts Center kicks off
with opening reception Friday June 19 at 6pm!
This year’s exhibit “Imagine” will feature works of art created by Gandara Center’s youth who participate in our ArtSong Arts Enrichment Program. Founded by Amy Porchelli in 2011, ArtSong uses art instruction and innovative concepts to empower youth through creativity.
The Gandara Center in collaboration with ArtSong provides a fine arts specialty program to disadvantaged youth in our residential programs that inspires original artistic works, develops learning skills, and promotes art education and personal development. Participants benefit with hands on learning, self-expression, motivation and self-confidence while participating in a therapeutic environment.
Big thanks to our friends at the BING Arts Center for hosting the exhibit which will run through June 27 from 11am-2pm. The BING is located at 716 Sumner Ave. in Springfield. Donations for entryto the exhibit are greatly appreciated. All proceeds to benefit the ArtSong program.

Come see some amazing art and listen to our youth as they express themselves through spoken word, music, and of course their art masterpieces! All art will be for sale with all proceeds going straight to the artist!
