How are you making a difference by donating to Gandara?

If you’ve arrived at this page you may have already decided you’d like to help support over 7,000 families we serve every year right here in the Pioneer Valley. With so many wonderful non-profits in our region, why us? We at Gandara believe in the whole being. We use wrap-around approaches to treatment. We recognize the individual’s needs but take it a step further to understand their environment, family life, all of the outside elements that may be contributing to where the individual is at the moment they walk through our doors.

By donating to Gandara you will be helping us to continue our mission to promote the well-being of Hispanics, African-Americans and other culturally diverse populations, through innovative, culturally competent behavioral health, prevention and educational services. Whether treating a mental health, substance abuse, or youth emotional disorder, we use compassion and expertise to make sure every one of our clients is provided with the best care available to them. Not only are you helping to support our Recovery Centers, Substance Abuse Supportive Housing, our numerous Residential Youth Programs and our Community Initiatives to help educate people on tobacco, drug, teen pregnancy, HIV and cancer prevention but also programs like Arts Enrichment, and our Family Fund which aids our staff in providing some of the basic needs their clients so desperately need that many of us take for granted.
